IMPORTANT PATIENT INFORMATION

On Friday 23rd June the final stage of the merger between Bank Street Surgery and Castlehead Medical Centre will take place. This will be where the two clinical computer systems will be merged into one. In order for this to happen the practice will have no computer system from 12.30pm on Friday 23rd June until 12 noon Monday 26th June. We will therefore only be seeing patients with medical emergencies and therefore ask for your patience during these hours.

If you were a Bank Street Patient and had online access to order medication and make appointments please note that from the 26th June you will need to re-register for this service, therefore please can you call into the practice so that we can arrange this for you. You may be asked for some identification which will be either a driving licence or passport and address verification for example a utility bill or bank statement.

We hope that this will not cause too much inconvenience and we thank you for your patience.

The Doctors & Staff at Castlehead Medical Centre.
